Pilco – Privacy

Pilco is een app van Savage Software (Sebastiano Bellinzis), [email protected].

Wat de app bewaart, en waar. Alles wat je in Pilco invoert blijft op je eigen telefoon: wedstrijden met hun klok, stand en logboek, teams en tenues, spelers (naam, rugnummer, geboortejaar, voorkeursposities), periodes, cijfers en notities, en je instellingen. Namen zijn niet nodig: een rugnummer is genoeg.

Wat de app niet doet. Pilco heeft geen account en geen server. De app stuurt niets naar ons of naar anderen: geen statistieken, geen reclame, geen tracking. Tik je zelf op een link, bijvoorbeeld naar het reglement van je bond, onze website of ons e-mailadres, dan opent je telefoon die in een andere app.

Fooien. Onder Over kun je een fooi geven. Dat is een gewone aankoop in de App Store of Google Play: Apple of Google regelt de betaling. Wij krijgen geen naam, e-mailadres of betaalgegevens, alleen hun anonieme verkoopoverzicht. Alleen als je de fooipot opent, vraagt de app de winkel om de prijzen.

Gegevens van kinderen. Spelersnamen, geboortejaren en cijfers gaan vaak over kinderen. Jij voert ze in en ze blijven bij jou. Ga er zorgvuldig mee om, deel je telefoon niet ontgrendeld, en vul alleen in wat je nodig hebt.

Back-ups. De back-up van je telefoon (iCloud of Google) kan de gegevens van Pilco meenemen, onder je eigen account en de voorwaarden van Apple of Google.

Wissen. In Pilco: Instellingen → Alle gegevens wissen. Of verwijder de app: dan gaat alles mee.

Je rechten. Wij hebben geen gegevens van jou, dus we kunnen ze ook niet inzien, aanpassen of wissen: dat doe je zelf in de app. Vragen? Mail [email protected].

Wijzigingen. Verandert dit beleid, dan staat de nieuwe versie hier, met de datum.

Pilco is an app by Savage Software (Sebastiano Bellinzis), [email protected].

What the app keeps, and where. Everything you enter in Pilco stays on your own phone: matches with their clock, score and log, teams and kits, players (name, shirt number, year of birth, preferred positions), periods, marks and notes, and your settings. Names are optional: a shirt number is enough.

What the app does not do. Pilco has no account and no server. It sends nothing to us or to anyone else: no analytics, no ads, no tracking. When you tap a link yourself, such as your federation's rules, our website or our e-mail address, your phone opens it in another app.

Tips. Under About you can leave a tip. It is an ordinary App Store or Google Play purchase: Apple or Google handles the payment. We receive no name, e-mail address or payment details, only their anonymous sales report. Only when you open the tip jar does the app ask the store for the prices.

Children's data. Player names, years of birth and marks are often about children. You enter them and they stay with you. Handle them with care, do not hand over your phone unlocked, and enter only what you need.

Backups. Your phone's backup (iCloud or Google) may include Pilco's data, under your own account and Apple's or Google's terms.

Deleting. In Pilco: Settings → Delete all data. Or remove the app, and everything goes with it.

Your rights. We hold no data about you, so there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete: you do that in the app. Questions? Write to [email protected].
